Stonevoice is the first Cisco Technology Developer partner who can offer a complete suite of products designed for Cisco CallManager Express and Cisco CallManager. The Stonevoice Application Suite (SAS) is able to increase the overall value of the solution by adding high quality features and services, keeping the ease of usage, installation and maintenance required by customers in Small & Medium Business.

Stonevoice is an Italian company created in 2001 for developing applications for Cisco IP Telephony. They were the first Cisco AVVID partner to offer a complete suite of applications designed for Cisco CallManager Express and Cisco CallManager.


Solutions
The Stonevoice Application Suite (SAS) is the core of all the applications and is a common environment where all system parameters and users are created. All other applications are seen as plug-ins to the SAS. Today the Stonevoice Application Suite integrated applications are capable of providing Unified Messaging Solutions, Call Management, Accounting, Reporting and Contact Management.

Unified Messaging:

  • Softswitch Answering Machine (SSAM): SSAM is an H.323 voicemail system which allows the user to manage his messages via telephone, email and web browser.

  • StoneFax: StoneFax is a completele IP Fax Server solution which seamlessy integrates with Cisco Voice gateways to provide a completely intergrated Unified Communications service.

  • Fax2IP: Stonevoice Fax2IP Software integrates a traditional fax server into the Cisco IP Communications solution.

Call Management:

  • IVR Manager: IVR Manager manages answering behaviours on Cisco Voice Gateways, allowing different AutoAttendant services based on time of day, day of week, called number etc.

  • Queue Manager: Queue Manager is a basic Automatic Call Distribution tool capable of managing multiple queues with call distribution to operators based on their state.

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Billy: Billy collects and analyses call traffic information from Cisco CallManager Express and CallManager and performs reporting and cost analysis.

Evaluation Software
You can download a 15-day full version of the Stonevoice Application Suite either for Cisco's CallManager Express (v3.2.1 or later) or for Cisco's Callmanager (v3.3 or later) from the Stonevoice Website. This also includes Billy, Speedy, Concerto, IVR Manager and Queue Manager. Fax is an optional component during installation: StoneFax (requires at least Windows 2003 standard) or Fax2IP (requires SP4 on Windows 2000). <<Download this Software>>

Stonevoice offers it's customers to participate in their partner program. This program gives participants a lot of benefits, like: Not-for-Resale versions, the Stonevoice partner kit, your name on Stonevoice's website, technical contacts and support, exclusive promotions, new releases of the Stonevoice products. Industry Initiatives
Stonevoice is part of 2 important industry initiatives, Cisco's "SEEING is BELIEVING" a 'live' tool that demonstrates the value that can be built around Cisco IP Communications when used in conjuction with Stonevoice applications and IP-CIRCLE an alliance of Cisco compatible vendors which has the goal to propose a complete and Cisco compatible solution to the market. Current members include Stonevoice, Kirk Telecom (Wireless Telephony) and Quescom (IP GSM Gateways).
